Returns:

  • You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for a new one.
  • Please contact us at ynks.cs@gmail.com to start the exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping, except for defective or damaged items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

How to Return:

  • Contact us at customer-service@ynks.com with your order number, a short explanation of the reason for the return, and any photos if needed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items like personalized products or perishable goods cannot be returned.
  • Please check the product description for any return restrictions.

In-Store Returns:

  • For purchases made in our physical store, please return the item with the original receipt to the same store.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
